Donald Trump Just Attacked Jimmy Fallon On Twitter For ‘Seriously Messing Up His Hair’

During a very strange Sunday night Twitter tirade, Donald Trump set his sights on…talk show host Jimmy Fallon.

Trump tweeted, “[email protected] is now whimpering to all that he did the famous “hair show” with me (where he seriously messed up my hair), & that he would have now done it differently because it is said to have “humanized” me-he is taking heat. He called & said “monster ratings.” Be a man Jimmy!”

Trump appears to be referencing an interview Fallon did back in May with the New York Times, which discussed the famous scene on The Tonight Show where Fallon asked then-candidate Trump if he could rustle up his hair. Trump agreed, and many people shamed Fallon for “humanizing” Trump.

From the Times:

Mr. Fallon acknowledges now that the Trump interview was a setback, if not quite a mistake, and he has absorbed at least a portion of the anger that was directed at him by critics and online detractors.

“They have a right to be mad,” a chastened Mr. Fallon said in an interview this month. “If I let anyone down, it hurt my feelings that they didn’t like it. I got it.”

Fallon said he did not do it to normalize Trump, who was the Republican nominee at the time.

“You go, ‘Alright, we get it. I heard you. You made me feel bad. So now what? Are you happy? I’m depressed. Do you want to push me more? What do you want me to do? You want me to kill myself? What would make you happy? Get over it,'” Fallon said.

Twitter wasn’t impressed:
